A home doesn't have to mean doing it alone.

4th House exists because “shared living” isn't one thing — it's co-buying a home, teaming up on a lease, renting a room, stewarding land together, trading work for room and board, or finding a place to park for the season. We built one platform that treats all of those as first-class ways to live, instead of forcing everyone through the same narrow roommate-finder mold.

What we believe

Every kind of arrangement here runs on the same spine: you browse, you show interest, you match, you agree to meet, and only then do you commit to something real. Reviews are simple, yes-or-no, and tied to real steps in that process — not open-ended text that's easy to game.

We'd rather build trust through small, honest steps than promise more than an app can actually verify.
